To prevent the spread of Covid-19 we cannot accept returns on health and fitness items once that have been received and opened. We can instead offer you to keep the product and we will issue a partial refund.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your item is already shipped within 24 hours we cannot cancel this order as it is already shipped out of our warehouse. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started in the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times. Also, we cannot cancel our high-demand sale items because these items have already been processed and shipped out of our facilities asap. If you are unsatisfied with the product when you receive it then you can return it to a return address and pay for the shipping to our shipment center. Once the product is received we will determine if it is functional and refundable. 

Our processing times for all orders can take anywhere between 24-48 hours. Please note high demand promotional items may take even longer, due to popularity. 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-10 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other countries can take 10-15 business days due to product clearance upon arrival within the destination country. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
